He’s a classified guarantee of the quality of the development and consultancy programs, He’s the author of the expert publications such as “How not to fail when assessing people”, “Recognize your employees – everything about assessment centre”, “Development and education of employees”, “Managing people”, “How not to fail again – Strategy and practice of assessment of people”. He lectures to managers of the MBA program (Managing people, Human Resource Management”) of the Brno International Business School. He’s a supervisor guarantee of the consultancy projects focused on evaluating people, creating the competency models, managerial audits, concepts of the assessment and development of the employees.
