PROGRAM OF SHARING THE EXPERIENCE BETWEEN SMALL AND LARGE COMPANIES IN HUMAN RESOURCE AREA

The program of sharing the experience between small and large companies in a human resource area – Focus on Human – took place from 2006 to 2008. More than 100 companies were involved from Prague. The personalists and company owners were involved in the project in two phases. They meet the others once a month during the 8 month period. The actual human resource topics were discussed. It was possible to share the experience even via the internet environment. Optional part of the program was the possibility to establish a company’s own project under the supervision of our lecturers.

PROGRAM LEARN BY THE PRACTISE

Small and medium companies from South Moravia region can make their work more effective with the help of this program thanks to establishing effective tools and methods of human resource management in their companies.

PROGRAM NEW CHANCE

The program successfully helps to unemployed people above 45 years with searching for the job and fulfills the actual needs of the employers. The program allows them to know their strong and weak sides and pass the interview.
