OUTPLACEMENTOutplacement is often the unavoidable part of the company when there is a need to decrease costs and survive. The most important step is to identify the right group of employees to dismiss. This is something we can assist you in. We help you to identify the key positions and people which is important to keep. Our goal is not to choose those to dismiss. We prefer different approach.
Dismissing process is not easy even for managers. We prepare the leaders to realize the outplacement in a socially accepted way; we learn them to lead the dismissing interview, to cope with their own barriers and to cope with the negative emotions of the others. Based on our experience and statistical evaluation we defined tree core competences that are important in order to be successful when asking for a job. Based on these competences we designed successful program called New Chance (www.nova-sance.cz). We train the dismissing employers in these key competences, we help them to orientate on employment market and to cope with failure.
We are prepared to talk with your employees and provide support and guide how to find a new job. We help them with the hiring interview, we provide special recommendations based on the employee’s skills. Our psychodiagnostic tests help us to find strong points in people (www.e-psycho.cz).
The individual support is combined with the electronic help line, for example a specialized web portal and forum where people can share their experience and consult related topics with professional consultants from our company.
